    Unfortunately Birchpress scheduler is not a good fit for your needs as it is not designed to be used as a platform. All customer info are shared by all providers.

    Unfortunately there is no way to convert locations from Select to Radio buttons.

    You should put your license key to wp admin> appointments > settings> general page. Then go to wp admin > plugins and update your scheduler to the latest version there.

    Hi Terek,

    If you have input your license key during the renewal process, there is nothing you need to do. Your license key is the same, and will be extended for another year.

    You need go to wp admin > appointments > settings > form builder, hover on ‘submit’ and click edit to edit the confirmation message there.

    Email notification is not supported in the free edition. It is supported in all premium editions.

    When you purchase the plugin, you get one year free support and updates. One year later, if you do not want to renew your membership, you can still use the plugin, but will not receive any support or updates.
