I already noticed, that there is no possibility for creating a form-field to upload a file (for example image) as attachment.

Uploading an image is not supported in the premium editions, and will not be added in the near future.
Hi Jennifer, i already know but i wanted to know if its possible to order it as a payed commission?
I am afraid that we do not do customization.
