    Hi there,
    I have recently purchased the Business+ version of this plugin and I am experiencing issues with the Order confirmation email that is sent to the customer when they check out using WooCommerce. The email is received as shown below:

    Hi there. Your recent order on has been completed. Your order details are shown below for your reference:

    Any updates? I submitted a ticket for the same issue a few days back. But have not heard anything back from support yet.

    Very frustrating! I submit ticket for this exact issue over a month ago, emailed a few times but never heard anything back!!! The support just don’t exit. I will not recommend it to anyone else.

    I’m having the same problem with the email notification, and did submit a ticket for this issue: never heard anything back either.
    Time for a serious update!
    Until then: how can I solve this problem, can you send me, all of us a solution??

    Hi Renny,

    This issue has been fixed at the latest version BP2.9.51.

    Please upgrade to the latest version.

    The scheduler is a plugin installed in your site. Once it is installed, we have no control over it anymore. The way to upgrade your scheduler is the same as to all other plugins installed in your site. You may go to your wp admin> plugins page to upgrade your scheduler.
