I have recently purchased the Business+ version of this plugin and I am experiencing issues with the Order confirmation email that is sent to the customer when they check out using WooCommerce. The email is received as shown below:
= Your order is complete =
Hi there. Your recent order on has been completed. Your order details are shown below for your reference:
I’m having the same problem with the email notification, and did submit a ticket for this issue: never heard anything back either.

The scheduler is a plugin installed in your site. Once it is installed, we have no control over it anymore. The way to upgrade your scheduler is the same as to all other plugins installed in your site. You may go to your wp admin> plugins page to upgrade your scheduler.
