How to keep track of client's credit for anonymous users?

Can you have client credits for a anonymous users? How do you keep track of the client credit for anonymous users?

e.g. If a guest user comes to the website and buys the “2 SPA Package” (the package of services from your demo – Customer Credit Usage), how do you manage his credits? how can you track his credits in later web sessions?

I’m trying to understand the possible workflow for a guest user:

Do you create a promo-code and send it to the guest user by mail, and create a client profile for the user in the backend where you keep track of the credit each time he uses the promo-code?

And if the guest user bought 2 package services 2 package services (e.g. “2 SPA Package”, and “2 Facial Treatment”) in separate times, e.g. one today and one tomorrow, will you treat him as 2 different clients in the backend? linked to 2 different promo-codes? can you combine his credits?

I am afraid that there is no way to track someone’s credit when you do not track the person.
