    Hello,

    I’m trying to create a form for a business and when I add extra fields in the form builder then send the form, it doesn’t show the extra fields I added in the email I received. I need to add address, city, state, zip code, phone number, describe a project and how did you hear about us.

    Also, is there anyway to get rid of the location, service. provider? The business I’m creating this for doesn’t need any of those fields, but when I get rid of them, the date and time won’t show up and he needs those. I would appreciate any help you can provide.

    BTW this is for version 2.9.30.B

    Hi Jen,

    1. Please follow this guide and add all field tags to your email template.

    2. The scheduler needs at least one location, one service and one service provider to make it work. But you can hide those fields in your booking page by following this guide.

    Just one more question? Do you know why the form is not sending to a yahoo or gmail email?
