I have very simple requirements but trying out the free version I can ascertain if it will 100% meet my needs.
I have 100s of customers who book in deliveries I want to be able to set up accounts for all the customers, so they can log in and see available time slots. Slots are simple just 1 hour slots 12 hours a day excluding weekends (though they need to be added if required).
What I want is for a customer to log in, ideally in a calendar view they need to see all free slots in a day/week but not know who the slots are booked to unless they are their own bookings (customer confidentiality).
Also what happens if multiple people log in and try and book the same time slot at the same time?
I don’t really need external calendar support though some customers might like this option. Can calendars be configured not just to grey out days and times but don’t display them at all.
