Work schedule-start date/end date

Hi, Im using the free version for a gym to take bookings

Two questions please:
1. Under Staff>work schedule, I cannot see start date and end date as is in the tutorial for any of the staff that I have set up

Also, cannot find calendar colour in the free version

2. Set up is for booking gym classes – would it be better to make the classes the ‘Staff’ ie its not people who are being booked but its the class?

Hi Alison,

‘start date and end date’ and ‘calendar color’ features are not provided in the free edition. They are included in Scheduler Pro Business.

You can also rename ‘staff’ as ‘class’ in Scheduler Pro Business.
