    FYI to other users, you are probably losing appointments and money because when an appointment gets cancelled it wont allow anybody else to book for that time period for some reason.

    This should be addressed asap. Along with all the other things you folks have promised users of the add-in. Like:
    Print-outs for schedules
    Mass Delete Old appointments to clean up the db.
    I’m sure there is more. But I don’t have time to go through the whole forum.

    If your cron is not running then you’ll get that behavior, but the problem is with your local environment and not the program itself. I’m not having that issue, for instance.

    Thanks Jason, for your reply. You are right. It has something to do with WP Cron.

    To Steven, please try to add

    define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true);

    into wp-config.php and see if it helps.

    I don’t want to lose customers because of a cancelled booking which disallows another client/customer from accessing said cancelled booking. That, I would surmise, would have been considered upfront when coding was embedded. That’s a given (allocating cancelled bookings to a client who can use that booking). Thank you for the heads up on this problem. I’ve been having lots of issues accessing BirchPress for my new website any way. Client-managed booking in my website was the whole big idea behind BirchPress, I thought.
