    Trying to update from 2.9.14.B to 2.9.43.B. Update is failed. Unauthorized
    Can someone help me getting this update on my website.

    Hi William,

    Could you go to WP admin > Appointments > Settings > General page and check if your license key is valid?

    Thanks for your answer. My license key was expired on 11 february 2017. Someone else has built the website and activated Birchpress for me. Do I need to contact this person to extend the license?
