    We are looking for a booking system for a not for profit Pastoral Centre and Community Hub, with rooms anyone can rent for meetings, etc.
    The team want people who are new to the centre to make a provisional reservation first, and then they approve the booking.

    Can you set the plug-in to make a Reservation on a room until we approve the booking?

    And is this possible with the free version?
