We want to remove the option to select a specific provider and manage it ourselves. What is the best way to go about this? If I delete the providers will it delete the associated appointments as well? We can’t lose the already scheduled appointments.

How do you plan to manage provider? You know that there must be a provider assigned to the appointment when it is booked?
We figured it out, we hid the provider selection via css. I believe it is autoselecting the first available provider now. Also, deleting a provider does NOT remove all their appointments, it keeps the appointments under that provider but does not allow further scheduling with them.
How did you hide the provider via CSS? We would like to only have the “no preference” option showing, not the three individual providers.
