Confirmation and reschedule emails seem to be working fine, but the automatic reminder emails don’t seem to work at all. I have them set to send 12 hours before an appointment. I also have the Async php snippet in the custom code section.
Please don’t brush this off as my web host not supporting email and needing an SFTP plugin (as I’ve seen many times in this forum already) because the confirmation and rescheduling emails appear to work perfectly fine, which would indicate it’s not an issue with my hosting provider. Can you help me look into this issue?
