    Hi,

    I have e-mailed support@birchpress.com and submitted a ticket requesting a refund.

    I purchased the birchpress scheduler on March 16, 2017 so we are within the 1 month money back guarantee period. After testing it out and trying to incorporate it into our business it does not seem to be a good fit for numerous reasons. We paid $150 via paypal-please issue the refund asap. Thank you.
