Provider not showing

    I know this has been asked before, but I can’t find a solution. I’m evaluating Scheduler and have filled out all of the info in the Provider section, including associating with available hours, but the Provider dropdown on my website doesn’t show any providers and the calendar is greyed out.

    Is there a solution foe this issue?

    Hi Matt,

    Did you select the proper services each provider can perform?

    In the Services section, I have the option to add Length, Padding and Price

    In the Providers section, I’ve created one user (Carol). Within this user the only option I see is Work Schedule for the two locations I’ve created

    In the Locations section, I’ve successfully created 2 locations.

    I’m not sure how I associate services with providers.

    Check the right side of the provider’s detail page.
