I have installed the free version to first check if your plugin works for our company. Upon installation and setup, the plugin will not display the calendar correctly nor the various inputs. If I refresh the page after loading it, with problems, it loads correctly sometimes. Of course, this is not what I want or expect from your plugin. I have read your support team suggests it is the Theme designer’s problematic programming causing this problem. Do you mind helping out as I would enjoy purchasing your plugin and adding it to our business:
It seems that if you click the link directly: http://www.hawkinsbigginsblog.com/appointment/ then it will work. However, if you go to http://www.hawkinsbigginsblog.com/ and click on the appointment sidebar link, then it will not.

It seems that the theme your website is using does not follow the WordPress standards to load the scripts of a page. This is the reason why the booking form is not rendered correctly when clicking on the appointment sidebar link.
