what would be the best way to change the “Pay Now” button to a local button (in Hebrew)?
I see that the button’s image is located under a en_US directory.

Currently you can only modify the code to accomplish this. It is located at line 119 in the ‘birchschedule/addons/paypal-integration/birs-addon-paypal-integration.php’ file. We will add a hook to this link in the future to avoid code modification.
