In the quick start tutorial it shows that there is an ‘Additional Info’ & ‘+Add Exception’ section when you add a new staff member but this doesn’t show in my version (which is 1.4.3) what should I do?
I don’t know if this is because I did have a previous installation a few months back but I deleted the plug in and the files.

Those two features only exist in Pro Edition. You can go to our demo website to have a try.
