My customers get a notification and the notes look like this:

But have to look like this:

Imany don’t be so shy
sam feldt summer on you

You should go to WP admin> appointments > settings> Notification page and edit your email template.

If you do not not know how to do it, please submit a ticket.

Thank you, i know how to edit a email template. But i have a field with paragraph text and i add the field like this (for example)

My customers type it like that

Test 123
test 345
test 678

in the email looks like this:
Test 123 test 345 test 678
