http://dr-snore.com/book-an-appointment/i would like to merge the two fields ‘First Name’ ‘Last Name’ into one field called ‘Full Name’
i know these two fileds are predefined, it is possible to make them one field says Full Name?
Maybe you could create a new field ‘full name’ and hide ‘first name’ and ‘last name’ from being displayed on the frontend booking form. It is just at the backend, ‘first name’ and ‘last name’ will always be there and useless.

Yes, you can add custom fields to notification emails.
ohh i see i should use the {} and edit the email template that sent to the staff
