Hello!

I’m finding problems when setting up the scheduler from you!…
I’ve completed all information allowed in the free version, although the booking form is not showing any “service provider” then customers won’t be able to book!

I know I’m not a SCHEDULER PRO user but I believe this free plugin version can work just fine for my requirements…
I believe this problem is because I can’t find the “additional information” at the Staff to put the emails of each person, is that it?

I’d really appreciate some help! Thanks in advance!

Oh… there is one more thing…
at the “front end” form to book the service, it just ask for the name and the email…
But then when as an administrator I want to see about this custome, I have no information where is he from or if he is paying by cash or other option…

Is this information only in the PRO version for customer’s view?

Hi, have you resolved the additional info part? On the front end i click submit and nothing happens i can only assume it is because not email has been assigned to the staff?
