    We are no longer receiving appointment notifications and reminders after installing Woo Commerce – we only get the WooCommerce notifications. Any way to correct this?

    We have just purchased the business edition of your plugin, and realised notifications and reminders are also not working. We are also running Woocommerce.

    Any updates to this problem?

    We are also having issues receiving email notifications (they worked in the past) and we are NOT running woocommerce. Is this a bug?

    There is not a bug. We did not change any codes regarding the email notification part. Please contact your email service provider which by default is your web hosting provider to see if there are any changes on the email service.

    Our customers as well stopped receiving customer notifications and cancellations since May 8th 2017 to our customers as well.

    Notifications have stopped and our Google Calendar integration is no longer working as of 5/8 as well.

    Version: 2.9.30b

    Has there been any news on why this may have changed yet?

    I think I resolved our issue, not sure if this will work for you – but, we had to install an SMTP processor. What was happening is certain email domains did not receive the emails, some did. After I set up Easy WP SMTP plugin, it resolved (I think) most of the issues.

    Same issue here, June 7. No notifications and no Google Sync. In fact, when one signs up for a time and submits, one does not get a confirmation that the submission took place (though it did). If anyone has come up with fix, please notify. I submitted a support ticket.
