What is the best way to create a dropdown list in the appointment form, which displays specific datas (name of children), that the user entered during the registration?

Are you using another registration form or using our booking form to get those specific data? Can you share the link to your booking form?
Hi! Our site is running now in wp developing mode (localhost), so I cant give you a public link. We are using the wp registration form combines with WP User Meta plugin where users can set the number of their children with their names. So it is stored in our database, and it would be great, if the user could choose one child during the scheduling. Is it easier if we get these informations through your registration form?
Currently there is no way to achieve this request. No matter you use WP registration form or ours.
