I have Birchpress Business installed on my website.
There are two really really useful modifications I’d like to suggest in your next update that I’m sure would benefit a lot of customers and stop people like me looking elsewhere for these two things.
I’d pay an upgrade fee for this if needed.
1. When people go through my booking process I think a lot of them get to the pre payment page and then change their minds. If I did not have pre payment enabled at this point their appointment would have been made and I would have a confirmation email.
Getting an email notifying me that someone went that far through the booking process with that persons email address, what they where trying to book, the time and date, etc. would be invaluable to me.
So I want Birchpress’s notification’s to me, to act before they make the payment. And then send the notification to them and the calendar after they make the payment.
I will know they made the payment as I’ll get the notification through Paypal.
This would so useful.
2. I work internationally so take payments in different currencies. On the service page where it says enable pre-payment, the ability to also select in which currency would be super useful. Even if this meant from a programming side it was like having a whole new Birchpress for each currency I’d rather have my services split like this into countries and currencies.
I really hope this all makes sense. It would make a massive difference to me and I’m sure to many other users. Point 1 is the most important.
