    When we add a new appointment, the email is required. Since we don’t have an email most of the time, we put our email in the field. This changes all the appointments to the same name.

    Is there a way to turn the email off as a lookup?

    We are on the free version.

    Hi Johnny,

    Email address is the identifier of the clients. So there is no way to turn it off. Maybe you could use different fake email addresses?
