Hi,
I am evaluating the free version of this software to decide if I want to upgrade. I have it installed and everything is working, except the drop downs do not populate. I set up 1 location, 3 Services, and 1 Staff Member. I made sure that staff member is able to be scheduled on all 3 services. When you check the page on my site, the dropdowns are blank. I’ve tried using the plugin at the bottom of my contact page as well as on its own page. Neither will load the dropdowns. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It seems that the theme your website is using does not follow the WordPress standards to load the scripts of a page. This is the reason why the booking form is not rendered correctly.
