disable user registration when booking an appointment

i want to disable user registration when booking an appointment
i just want the user will enter his first and last name

so i went over to the builder tab at the back end, and then i clicked on edit of the ‘Your Info’ and i unchecked these two:
enable user login
enable new user registration

is this the right way of doing that?

also i see when editing fields, there is two option that says
customers and admin
admin only

so if i want not showing the user some fields when booking an appointment i should just click on admin only?

Hi Dan,

If you want only registered customer be able to book appointments, you should check ‘enable user login’ and uncheck ‘enable new user registration’. If you do not want to save customers as WP users, you should uncheck ‘enable user login’.

And you are correct on the use of ‘admin only’ and ‘customers and admin’. They are the settings of field visibility.
