When I add Days Off, why isn’t is showing up as blocked out on the Calendar View. Should there not be some visible que that no appointments can be made that day? Also, if I add Exceptions like for lunch should that also be blocked off? It appears the only thing that shows up in the calendar as a block is an actual appointment? Why do you have days off or exceptions if it does not show up on the calendar view?

I am afraid that that is how it was designed. When you set days off or exceptions, those times will not be available for customers to choose. We will improve it in the future.
Yes I understand that. What I am asking though is that on the calendar view there is no visible indication. Like when you schedule an appointment is shows up as a block on the calendar for that time. But when you have days off or “out to lunch” it does not show it visible with a block out of 12-1 “out to lunch” on the calendar. Why not?

We understand your request, and we will consider to add it in the future.
This posts is one year old, have you adjusted this bug since then? This is key for us to be accurate with the moments when the client can book a slot or not. Having a feature enabling us to set exceptions or days off which do not reflect on the front-end calendar of available slots is simply useless.
I am interested in this, as well. Hoping you are still planning to address this.

Possibly there is some custom code to grey out the unavailable days/times….
I’d like to see this feature added as well. It would be helpful if the Calendar worked similar to Square Up, showing all of the providers schedules as well as booked appointments. This way you can see who’s available from one view.
Have there been any development in this feature. I would really like this feature too. Without it the program is cumbersome for the administrator.
