I am looking to set up a site for parent teacher interviews. These happen twice a year for 25 teachers. Parents need to book more than one interview slot. Does this program allow this? As a school we can not afford to keep paying each year so will the program continue to work without renewing the licence each year?

‘Parents need to book more than one interview slot’. Can you explain more? Only one interview slot can be chosen on each booking. If you want to book more than one interview slot, you need book multiple times. Let us know if we misunderstood your question.
Our plugin will continue to work after the first year. If you want to receive upgrades or support, you need renew your membership. Otherwise, you do not have to pay anymore.
Sorry for my lack of clarity. Parents with multiple children need to book interviews with different teachers and ensure they do not clash. Is it possible to see 2 staff members availability at once? This will avoid bookings being made and then needing to be cancelled? Also is it possible to then print the teachers booked appointment lists?
In the front end booking form, when parents select a teacher, the availability of this teacher will show up. So in order to check multiple teachers’ availability, you need select one each time from the staff member drop down list. And parents can only make appointment with one teacher each time. And the best way is asking parents to remember the time booked for the first kid and make sure not to clash when making the second appointment.
Regarding printing the appointment list, you can sync all your appointments to a third party calender, for instance, iCloud calendar, google clendar or outlook, and print all appointments there.
