We’re testing out the free version of Birchpress before committing to a purchase, and we ran into an issue while setting up our provider work schedule. The provider is available from 2pm-2am, but when we entered that as the hours it showed in the front end as ‘no time slots available’.
We tried alternatively setting two work schedules from 2pm-11:55pm and 12:00am-2:00am, but that means if the user is trying to book a two hour time slot, they can’t pick a time later than 10:00pm. So for example, the user can’t book from 11:30pm-1:30am, even though the provider is available during those times.
How can we get around this? Is this an issue that will be resolved once we purchase the Business version?
