    My client contacted me today to inform me that she has had at least two “newer” clients try to book appointments, but, are unable to. They are asked to refresh their password, and even after doing so, they are unable to book. Tonight I tried to recreate the problem and couldn’t, so, I have been digging around the forum and documentation files and I can’t find anything related to this. I am wondering if it is possibly a caching issue. Has anyone experienced this?
