    Hi,

    I just purchased a Business Pro license and I’m trying to delete the free plugin but when I choose to “delete these files and data” it just waits and waits and nothing happens.

    When I tried installing the new Business Pro Plugin it couldn’t because the old plugin was still there.

    Any thoughts on how to proceed?

    Could you please provide an access to your WP Admin and an access to your FTP via the contact form? We need log in your website to take a look.
