    We’re coming across a problem with adding Calendar URLs to our google/outlook accounts. Even with the time zones set correct, the appointments show up four hours early.

    When you click on the appointment details on the google/outlook calendar, the time “when” is correct but placed four hours too soon on the calendar.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Jon,

    Did you use the same time zone settings with BirchPress Scheduler Pro and google/outlook Calendars?

    Yes. We were able to fix the problem — there was a slight delay in updating the time zone, which caused the discrepancy.

    On another note, our staff members cannot receive confirmation emails for their appointments. All other notification emails (clients and personal emails) seem to work except for our internal staff emails.

    Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?

    Several points you need have a check.

    1. Did you enable email notification to staff members in WP Admin?
    2. From which email address are the notification emails sent out? Please go to the ‘Sent’ box of that email address and check if emails to staff members were sent or not.
    3. Check the Spam box of your company’s email system.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    1. Yes.
    2. The emails are sent from our internal info email address. We send most marketing material from this address.
    3. Not going into our spam boxes.

    When we change the staff email to a personal email, the notifications are received. This, however, is not convenient for our company.

    Is it possible our domain name has been blacklisted?

    Hi Jon,

    Could you please confirm if those emails were successfully sent out or not by checking the ‘Sent’ box of the sender email?

    Which web hosting provider and email hosting provider did you use?

    Our plugin does not block any email addresses.
