Hi, I ran your demo page through an accessibility checker (https://fae.illinois.edu/pages/161dd233a343566c/rc/forms/page/1/) and found the drop-downs don’t have any labels. It’s fairly minor and easy to address as far as web accessibility goes, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in case you didn’t know. If you add labels it’ll be a lot more compliant with 508 fed accessibility rules (it’ll also be easier for blind people to use the form).
Just a heads up. Great plugin, by the way.
