Just curious…is there a way to allow admin or employee users to book appointments through the front end that the patient sees? It is a simpler, faster method than the calendar at this point.
If not, can it be set where the admin doesn’t see all times when they book through the calendar, but instead only see the times that are truly available, like what would be seen by the patient?

We will support only showing available times when booking via WP Admin in our next major release.
