    Hi, I sent a ticket 3 days ago but there hasn’t been any response.

    The plugin stopped synchronizing with Google Calendar, and I suspect it’s because the plugin needs to update.

    It keeps saying “Unauthorized” when I try to update the plugin.

    Current version is 2.9.30.B
    Wordpress version is 4.9.5

    How can I update the plugin? I’m afraid it’ll erase all the client booking data if I uninstall and reinstall the plugin. How should I proceed?

    I updated birchpress, google cal sync still not working

    I’ve linked the calendar to Google with the API AND through the birchpress calendar URL. Neither calendar is working or syncing.

    How can I fix this?

    It would be really nice to get some responses from Birchpress. I am having a similar issue with the Business Pro edition – sent a support ticket last week, no response. Did you ever get a response?

    Is Birchpress dead? Becuase I am not getting any responses or can i submit a ticket?!?!?!
