    We just sent an email to all our customers about our Member System Upgrade. We post a topic here in case that anyone missed the email.

    Dear Customers,

    In order to provide you with quality services, we have upgraded our Membership system. This upgrade will affect all the customers who bought our plugin before July 2, 2013.

    If you are one of them, please follow this instruction to complete the upgrade.

    1. The address of member login page has been changed to ‘http://www.birchpress.com/account’. The old link does not work anymore.

    2. Please log in our website->My Account, download the latest edition. Go back to WP admin, delete the old scheduler and manually install the new one. For detailed steps, please follow this guide.

    3. Find your new license key in the My Account page. Go to your website -> WP Admin->Scheduler->Settings->General and replace the old license key with the new one. Do not forget to save changes. You should be able to see a correct sign behind the license key text box. And you will receive the auto update notice if there is any one available.

    We regret any inconvenience this system upgrade may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to serve you better.
