    Hello again…question:

    Is it possible to see a historical listing of appointments made by a client? If so, how? If not, when?

    Currently there is no way to see the historical listing of appointments. It is in our development list, but no time frame yet.

    I am wondering if would be possible to extract it from the DB and import into excel using another product? What tables, fields, etc., would this information be found?

    Hi SCCAC,

    All data are stored in the wp_post and wp_postmeta tables. The appointment is a sort of post type named ‘birs_appointment’. The values of an appointment are stored in the wp_postmeta table as custom fields. Please refer to the WP documents for details.
