Want to hide Providers and only show "No Preference" option

Hello, We currently have three providers available to schedule appointments. The drop down shows all three providers plus a no preference option. Since it really does not matter what provider the customer selects, we would like to hide the three options and just have no preference available to select, so all available appointments will show. Is there a way to do this?

The easiest solution is hiding the provider field. You may follow this guide.

The easiest solution doesn’t show all schedules for all providers if you hide the provider option though.
