    Hello??? Man this is disappointing 2 months ago I submitted this ticket. I think we will be moving to a new system in the near future. My renewal is up in January but I don’t think we are renewing this issue has cost me too much time and money and making my clients mad they can’t just use their credits they have to wait for me to manually do so.

    BirchPress,

    We purchased BrichPress Pro for the WooCommerce Integration….

    We get to checkout, and we can see the Credit 176 Balance, however when we enter to apply 1 credit and hit “Apply Credit” – the “1” disappears and the total balance due remains the same.

    Students can buy Credits but after they buy them cannot use the Credits they have already purchased to Schedule a Language Lesson.

    I can see that this has been a known issue since DEC 2017 ?????

    THE IS VITAL TO BE ABLE TO OUR ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS — PLEASE HELP!!!
