Hi,
I have 2 requests:1) is it possible to add a status field of appointments? because I need that appointments must be confirmed by the staff before customers pay
2) it sends an email to customers with payment link after staff has confirmed an appointment
if the plugin doesn’t support these features is it possible to extend it with them?

I am afraid that your requests can not be fulfilled. And there is not an easy way to extend the plugin the way you want to.
