Special Requirements (Photo Upload)

Hey Guys,

first of all: Awesome Plugin you are offering here!

I am in the process of creating a custom Booking calendar for one of my clients.
My Questions are the following:

1. Is it possible to add a custom photo upload to a appointment booking? Probably with custom php code, I guess?
2. Is it possible to automatically export the calendar to a Microsoft Exchange Account?
Couldn’t find any cold hard facts information about that.
3. Is it possible to display a price without using the PayPal interface?

Just to be sure:
What I want to achieve:
-> Two Calendars (Syncing to different Exchange Calendars)
-> Client is able to book an appointment of a predetermined length (2hrs or so)
-> Client gets a “from …€/$ Price” shown when booking, payment will be done later via the service provider (not directly via paypal or credit card)
-> Client needs to enter e-Mail, Name, Phone Number and Address before booking
-> Photo Upload for a client booking an appointment (Photo needs to be sent with the a “new booking” email to the Service Provider)
-> Client gets a confirmation email
-> Time slot is blocked for further bookings

-> Exchange Calendar(s) of the service provider is updated automatically with each new booking
