Good morning,
We want to make an end-of-year purchase decision and would really appreciate your help. I’m evaluating BirchPress through a developer friend and need to resolve two questions. We’re currently looking at domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=birchschedule_settings&tab=form_builder.
1.) When a new user creates an appointment using the booking form, is there any way to allow them to define their own WordPress username?
2.) Is it possible to create a custom field for providers (i.e., Skype ID) so that we can display it in the notification email for clients?

1. No. The system will generate a username. Your client can always use the email address to log in.
2. You may use the provider description field. You can not add a new field. But the description field can be used as a custom field to input custom info and be displayed in the notification email.
