Image Upload Field

Hi there,

First off, can i compliment you on a great plugin, I have used this on one site already, and am about to roll it out on a number of others.

One of my clients needs the functionality of uploading a picture of their client who is making the booking – has anyone been able to hook in to the form system and create an image uploader field?
