    Hi

    I have an urgent issue where appointments are not being made available after being cancelled by the user.

    For example: A day was fully booked, meaning no customers could book. 2 appointments were cancelled 3 days before but the slots did not reappear in the booking form as available.

    Please advise as soon as possible. I can provide WP login.

    This feature is implemented by using WP Cron. It might has something to do with it. For now we are not able to reproduce the problem locally. We will look into it.

    I’ve run wp cron manually and this seems to have resolved the problem for now

    To do that I did http://yourdomain.com/{wp install directory}/wp-cron.php?doing_cron

    Has this issue been resolved. And a side question, are cancelled appointments removed from the database?
