    I recently started managing a site that uses the BirchPress Scheduler Business v2.9.14.B (active license # I can provide) version with WordPress 4.4.2.

    The site was recently moved to a different hosting provider and a SSL certificate was added.

    Since that time notifications are not being sent. I have installed the Check Email plugin and confirmed that WordPress is sending email properly.

    I noticed that the iCal feed is to http://…. and not to https//… and was wondering if that might be part of the problem.

    Any direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    PLease add the following code to WP admin > Appointments > Settings > Custom Code > PHP text box, and try it again:

      global $birchschedule; 
      birch_defn($birchschedule->enotification, 'async_send_email', $birchschedule->enotification->send_email);

    Thank you for circling back. Unfortunately that didn’t fix my problem. Other ideas?

    Could you please submit a ticket and include the access to your WP Admin, so that we could do some tests?

    Jennifer – My account was not used in the original purchase… it was purchased by my client’s previous marketing agency. I cannot submit a ticket unless there’s a license associated with my account and I’m not sure how to do that. Sorry for the trouble… and thank you for the help!
