    I would like my staff to be able to book appointments for their clients. Can this be done? I have a Business acct. right now and I read staff can view appointments with Business+ but I don’t know about adding appointments.

    Yes, staff members can add appointments.

    In the backend of the site so they can use the client’s info on file? How do they log in to do that?

    Staff members are assigned the role of ‘Staff Member’. They can login WP Admin with their username and password, but they will be only able to see several setting pages of our scheduler within WP Admin. Please check the documentation here to get more info.
